Joining Yantra, REVA's IoT club, is what actually pulled me toward robotics — before that it was just an interest on paper. Being around people building embedded projects made it real, and I grew from Event Coordinator into Secretary, which meant I went from showing up to sessions to organizing them.

One of the highlights was traveling to Delhi with the team for a line-following robot competition. Building and tuning a bot that has to track a path entirely on its own is a different kind of pressure than a classroom project — a lot of the embedded-systems instincts I still rely on trace back to that trip.

Somewhere along the way, running workshops and teaching juniors IoT became as much my job as building things myself. Walking people through sensors, microcontrollers, and their own first builds is where SANKETHA, PARAMETER, and the Smart Attendance System came from — built during this stretch, alongside people I was also teaching. That focus on building and teaching is what led to my first internship — AI/ML Intern at CropNow. What started as running club sessions turned into leading actual product work.
